1. 목적

Crux는 클라이밍 영상을 기기에서 분석해 자세 피드백을 제공하는 앱입니다. 본 약관은 앱 이용에 필요한 기본 사항을 정합니다.

2. 이용 방식

별도 회원 가입이나 계정 없이 누구나 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 모든 기능은 이용자 기기 안에서 동작하며, 인터넷 연결 없이도 사용할 수 있습니다.

촬영 시 암장 규정과 타인의 초상권을 지켜 주세요. 등반은 안전 수칙을 지킨 상태에서 진행해야 하며, 등반 중 발생한 사고의 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

5. 서비스의 성격과 면책

분석 결과는 영상 기반 자동 분석에 따른 참고용 정보이며, 전문 코칭이나 의학적 조언을 대체하지 않습니다. 촬영 각도·조명 등 영상 상태에 따라 분석 정확도는 달라질 수 있습니다.

6. 서비스 변경과 중단

앱 기능은 업데이트로 변경될 수 있습니다. 온디바이스 앱 특성상 서비스 제공이 중단되어도 기기 안의 데이터와 기존 기능은 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.

7. 약관의 변경

약관이 바뀌면 앱 업데이트 노트와 이 페이지를 통해 안내합니다. 변경 이후 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

8. 분석 피드백 제출

분석 결과 화면의 의견 보내기를 누르면 해당 등반 영상과 분석 정보가 개발자의 클라우드로 전송되어 분석 품질 개선에 사용됩니다. 서버 전송이 불가한 경우 OS 공유 시트로 대체됩니다. 자세한 처리 내용은 개인정보 처리방침 제5항을 참고해 주세요.

Terms of Service

Effective July 8, 2026

1. Purpose

Crux is an app that analyzes climbing videos on your device to provide posture feedback. These terms set out the basics for using the app.

2. How to Use

Anyone can use it for free without sign-up or an account. All features run on your device and work without an internet connection.

3. Content and Rights

You retain the rights to the videos you record or upload and to their analysis results. Rights to the app software, design, and analysis algorithms belong to the developer, and unauthorized copying or reverse engineering is not permitted.

4. Your Responsibilities

When recording, please follow gym rules and respect others' portrait rights. Climb only while following safety guidelines; you are responsible for any accidents that occur while climbing.

5. Nature of the Service and Disclaimer

Analysis results are reference information from automated video-based analysis and do not replace professional coaching or medical advice. Analysis accuracy may vary with video conditions such as camera angle and lighting.

6. Changes and Discontinuation

App features may change through updates. Because this is an on-device app, your on-device data and existing features remain usable even if the service is discontinued.

7. Changes to These Terms

If these terms change, we will notify you through the app's update notes and this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

8. Submitting Analysis Feedback

When you tap Send Feedback on the analysis results screen, that climbing video and analysis information are sent to the developer's cloud and used to improve analysis quality. If server upload is not possible, the OS share sheet is used instead. For details on how this is handled, please see Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
