1. 요약
Crux는 계정 없이 동작하는 온디바이스 앱입니다. 영상 분석을 포함한 모든 기능이 기기 안에서 처리되고 데이터는 기기에만 저장됩니다. 외부로 나가는 예외는 두 가지뿐입니다 — (1) 이용자가 직접 실행하는 분석 피드백(제5항), (2) 앱 오류를 고치기 위한 자동 진단 정보(제6항). 두 경우 모두 이름·연락처 등 신원 정보는 전송하지 않습니다.
2. 수집하는 개인정보
수집하는 개인정보가 없습니다. 루트 이름 등 이용자가 입력한 정보는 개발자에게 전송되지 않고 기기 내부에만 기록됩니다.
3. 저장되는 정보
영상, 분석 결과, 설정 값이 기기 내부 저장소에 보관됩니다. 개발자가 접근할 수 있는 서버 저장소는 없습니다.
4. 영상 처리 방식
포즈 분석의 전 과정이 기기 안에서 수행됩니다. 분석을 위해 영상이 외부로 전송되는 일은 없습니다.
5. 분석 피드백 전송
분석 피드백의 의견 보내기를 누르면 선택한 문제 유형, 의견, 점수·분석 요약, 앱 버전과 해당 등반 영상이 개발자의 클라우드(Google Firebase, 대한민국 리전)로 전송·저장됩니다. 이때 문제 재현을 위한 기기 정보(플랫폼·기기 모델·OS 버전)도 함께 전송됩니다. 계정이 없어 이름·연락처 등 신원을 특정할 수 있는 정보는 전송되지 않습니다. 저장 용량 여유가 없을 때는 영상 없이 텍스트 정보만 전송될 수 있습니다. 전달된 내용은 분석 품질 개선 목적으로만 사용하고, 목적 달성 후 또는 이용자 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
6. 앱 오류 진단
앱이 예기치 않게 종료되거나 오류가 발생하면, 문제를 고치기 위한 진단 정보가 Google Firebase Crashlytics(대한민국 리전)로 자동 전송됩니다. 전송되는 것은 오류 위치를 가리키는 기술 정보(오류 메시지·스택 트레이스), 기기 모델, OS 버전 정도이며, 영상이나 이름·연락처 등 신원을 특정할 수 있는 정보는 포함되지 않습니다. 이 정보는 앱 품질 개선(버그 수정) 목적으로만 사용합니다.
7. 보관과 삭제
영상은 기기에 저장되며 설정의 보관 기간(7·30·90일 또는 무제한)이 지나면 자동 삭제됩니다. 점수와 분석 결과는 유지되고, 분석 상세에서 개별 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
8. 기기 권한
카메라·사진 보관함(영상 촬영과 업로드) 권한만 사용합니다. 권한을 거부해도 해당 기능 외 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.
9. 제3자 제공
이용자 데이터를 제3자에게 판매하거나 그들의 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 분석 피드백(제5항)과 오류 진단(제6항)은 클라우드 처리·저장을 위해 처리 위탁사인 Google Firebase에 저장됩니다. 점수 공유 같은 공유 기능은 이용자가 직접 실행할 때만 OS 공유 시트를 통해 동작합니다.
10. 이용자의 권리
모든 데이터가 기기 안에 있으므로 열람·수정·삭제를 앱 안에서 직접 할 수 있습니다. 별도 요청 절차가 필요하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy

1. Summary
Crux is an on-device app that works without an account. All features, including video analysis, are processed on your device, and data is stored only on your device. There are only two exceptions that leave the device — (1) analysis feedback you send yourself (Section 5), and (2) automatic diagnostic information to fix app errors (Section 6). In neither case is identifying information such as your name or contact details transmitted.
2. Personal Information We Collect
We collect no personal information. Information you enter, such as route names, is not sent to the developer and is recorded only on your device.
3. Information That Is Stored
Videos, analysis results, and settings are kept in your device's internal storage. There is no server storage that the developer can access.
4. How Videos Are Processed
The entire pose analysis process runs on your device. Videos are never sent externally for analysis.
5. Sending Analysis Feedback
When you tap Send Feedback on analysis feedback, the selected issue type, your comments, the score and analysis summary, the app version, and that climbing video are sent to and stored in the developer's cloud (Google Firebase, South Korea region). Device information for reproducing the issue (platform, device model, OS version) is sent as well. Because there is no account, information that could identify you, such as your name or contact details, is not transmitted. When storage space is limited, only text information may be sent, without the video. The submitted content is used solely to improve analysis quality and is destroyed without delay once that purpose is fulfilled or upon your request.
6. App Error Diagnostics
If the app closes unexpectedly or an error occurs, diagnostic information for fixing the problem is automatically sent to Google Firebase Crashlytics (South Korea region). What is sent is limited to technical information pointing to the error location (error message, stack trace), the device model, and the OS version; it does not include videos or information that could identify you, such as your name or contact details. This information is used solely to improve app quality (bug fixes).
7. Retention and Deletion
Videos are stored on your device and are automatically deleted once the retention period in Settings (7, 30, or 90 days, or unlimited) passes. Scores and analysis results are kept; you can delete them individually from the analysis details, and deleting the app removes all data along with it.
8. Device Permissions
We use only the camera and photo library (recording and uploading videos) permissions. Denying a permission places no restrictions on use beyond that feature.
9. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your data to third parties or provide it for their purposes. However, analysis feedback (Section 5) and error diagnostics (Section 6) are stored with Google Firebase, our processing subcontractor, for cloud processing and storage. Sharing features such as sharing your score operate through the OS share sheet only when you run them yourself.
10. Your Rights
Because all data is on your device, you can view, edit, and delete it directly within the app. No separate request process is needed.
11. Changes to This Policy and Contact
